MTA Queensland is providing tailored workforce planning assistance to small and medium employers through the Industry Workforce Advisor program, enabling them to address workforce challenges, diversify their workforces, and support workforce and productivity growth.

This may include identifying recruitment strategies to expand applicant pools and consider underrepresented cohorts, analysing current workforce capabilities to recognise potential growth areas, or establishing additional systems to promote optimal productivity.
