Nominate for the MTA Queensland Small Business Award For Excellence

The MTA Queensland Small Business Award For Excellence is presented to a member business with 15 or fewer staff (full or part-time) who demonstrates excellence and best practice in all aspects of business, including customer service, training and employee development, and marketing activities.

CRITERIA

Must be a current financial member of MTA Queensland
Must receive the highest collective points determined from a panel assessment of the online nomination submission
Must employ 15 or fewer employees (full and part-time) as of 1st April 2024
Activities that could support nominations include:
- - Recent business growth
  - Implementing new initiatives to support professional development of current staff
  - Innovative methods introduced to promote increased business activity
  - Promotion of healthy work-life balance
  - Employment initiatives for locals
  - Environmental considerations to reduce foot-print
  - Customer service enhancements
  - Internal changes to support growth – identifying efficiencies, introducing processes or systems
  - Recognition received from customers, awards, industry, suppliers
  - Promotional activities to induce growth
