- MTAiQ Innovation Hub – hot desks, collaboration spaces, function room and presentation facilities which includes a full kitchen perfect for hosting launches, events and corporate days (seats 40) $1100 per day (inc GST)
- Meeting room (seats 6-8) $330 per day (inc GST)

Rooms are subject to availability and can be booked between 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
