Hyundai Releases 2024 i30 Sedan N

Hyundai has released its 2024 i30 Sedan N – headlined by an aggressive restyle, lightweight 19-inch forged alloy wheels, and a range of motorsport-inspired upgrades.

Available in a single, highly equipped trim, the model comes standard with Hyundai’s N 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, with a 6-speed manual offered as a no-cost option.

The 2024 i30 Sedan N applies a bold and progressive new look, with geometric shapes, 3D surfacing, and sensuous lines down both sides of the vehicle.

A new wide split front grille brings enhanced cooling, while a deeper and more pronounced rear bumper features a wrap-around red strip (or grey strip when teamed with the Ultimate Red exterior colour choice).

Seven exterior colours are available, including solid Atlas White, Cyber Gret, Ultimate Red, Intense Blue Metallic, Performance Blue, Ecotronic Grey, and Abyss Black Mica.

While the vehicle’s exterior is designed to create a sporty impression, Hyundai has made sure to back this up with motorsport-derived chassis upgrades.

Chassis upgrades include a reinforced engine mount membrane, for reduced vibration and improved agility, G-bushing reinforcement for improved yaw response and steering precision, and a new rear suspension S/ABS insulator on the rear support – now made from urethane rather than rubber – for improved damping and yaw response.

Turning inside, the model introduces additional tech features including intelligent speed limit assist, additional USB-C outlets, and a revised wireless charger to accommodate larger mobile phones.

The 2024 i30 Sedan N becomes the first N model to receive Hyundai’s state-of-the-art BluelinkTM Connected Car Services, bringing live traffic upgrades, emergency call functionality, voice recognition for POI lookup, and vehicle settings management.

Now available in Hyundai dealerships, the 2024 i30 Sedan N Premium is available from $52,000 excl. delivery and on-road costs.
