Terms and Conditions
ELIGIBILITY
- The Tournament is open to those 18 years and over, who are currently or previously involved with the Motor Trades.
CONDITIONS OF PLAY
- The Rules of ambrose competition and the local rules of the Virginia Golf Club shall be the rules of play.
- Prizes, kindly provided by the 2018 sponsors listed above, comprise of the Motor Trades Cup (one team), Runner-up team (one team), Nearest-the-Pin (two individuals) and Hole-in-One (one individual), Wooden Spoon (one team) and a selection of lucky door prizes.
- Competitors will tee-off in teams of four on various holes as directed by the Club, in a ‘shotgun’ start.
- MTA Queensland reserves the right to close entries earlier than the specified closing date, according to the capacity of the course.
- In the event that the course is unplayable on the day or the Tournament has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the event will be held on the next available Friday.
