BMW Group and Rimac Technology Agree Long-Term Partnership

The BMW Group and Rimac Technology are set to collaborate on the development and production of high-voltage battery tech for selected battery-electric vehicles (BEV).

Rimac Technology is part of the Rimac Group which, amongst other endeavours, produces the Rimac Nevera BEV supercar and the technology that powers it. Rimac Group is also the major shareholder of Bugatti Rimac, under which its car arm, Rimac Automobili, and Bugatti Automobiles operate.

Rimac Technology is a Tier 1 supplier, specialising in the electrification in the automotive sector. It produces high-voltage battery packs, e-axles, as well as electronics and software solutions.
