Hi MTA
Queensland Member,
As the coronavirus continues to affect the economy, we know many
businesses are facing unprecedented and extraordinary pressures.
The past few weeks have been challenging for many Australians,
especially for those of us affected by recent stay-at-home
restrictions. Since the beginning of the pandemic, our communities
have shown how resilient we can be, but we know that many businesses
will be concerned about the impact on their financial circumstances.

We're open, safely
CommBank branches and ATMs across Australia remain open. We're taking
all necessary steps to keep you, your team, and our people safe,
including following all requirements for indoor mask-wearing,
check-ins, and deep cleaning.
Supporting our
business customers
We've activated our Emergency Assistance to provide our business
customers with a range of support measures during this time. If
you are seeking help, you can find the latest information here.
Refund
merchant fees^
If you're facing financial difficulty, you can ask us to refund your
Merchant terminal rental fees, minimum monthly Merchant Service Fee,
Monthly Access Fee, and Simple Merchant Plan fee (as applicable) for
up to 90 days.
If you have a Relationship Manager they will be able to assist you
with this, or you can speak with the Merchant Services team on
1800 230 177, who are available 24/7.
Defer
repayments on your eligible BetterBusiness Loan*
We're also expanding the support available to small businesses across
Australia who are significantly impacted by recent pandemic-related
restrictions. If you are an eligible small business customer with
less than $10,000,000 of total Commercial liabilities with CommBank,
you may be offered a repayment holiday on your eligible
BetterBusiness Loans due to the impact of coronavirus on your
business. Eligible small business customers will be contacted by
CommBank regarding a loan repayment deferral.
If any customers need support, especially those in affected areas,
you can also call 1800 314 695 or reach out to your
dedicated CommBank Relationship Manager.

Australians have shown since the pandemic began that by working
